‘It is not enough to carry a mantle, it is important to have mantles that are sharp.’ That was a statement by God’s servant, Dr (Pst) Paul Enenche during the South-South Ministers’ Flaming Fire Conference held recently at Hotel Presidential, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria.
Dr Enenche speaking on the Gift of the Mantle on the second day of the programme, discouraged the deplorable spiritual state of theaverage ministerof God which he described as the symbol of a blunt mantle (Eccl 10:10).
Outlining the effects of a blunt ministerial edge, Dr (Pst) Paul Enenche mentioned: existence in limitation, frustration, impossibilities, mockery, reproach and pains. He further enjoined the ministers to appropriate the beauty of a sharp mantle which breaks barriers, removes mountains and establishes an individual in generational influence and relevance.
